Rajesh G. Shah, is Tax Partner and heads the tax-division of the firm since 1985. His area of specilisation are corporate tax planning & compliance thereof, International tax matters relating to interpretation of tax treaties and attestation of Transfer Pricing Reports. He has attended Certificate course on International Taxation organised by ICAI.

Mayank S. Shah is Audit Partner with the firm since 1993. He handles various corporate and non-corporate clients of the firm in various area of audits. He also handles VAT audit of firm’s clients. He holds a DISA (Diploma in Information System Audit) certification from ICAI, New Delhi.

Milan H. Dalal as a Partner is handling the business consultancy division of the firm, advising clients in matter of cost reduction, human resources, business development, etc.

Gopal S. Baldi is Audit Partner with the firm since 2010. He handles various corporate and non-corporate clients of the firm in areas of Statutory and Internal Audit. He also handles the business consultancy division of the firm, advising clients in matter of Internal Control / Process Setup, implementation of ERP, business development, etc.

Jinal A. Patel is a Cost and Works Accountant providing his services to the firm and assisting the clients in preventing their revenue leakages by ably increasing the cost efficiency of the organizations. He also manages the other regular affairs of the firm.

Shri Arpit K. Patel joined the firm as partner in 1982 and spear-headed the firm thereafter till in 2010, when he joined as an Assurance Partner with S.R. Batliboi & Associates (A member firm of E&Y).Belonging to the Founder’s family, the firm continues to have the benefit of his guidance and advice.
 
The partners are ably assisted by Chartered Accountants, Company Secretary, Cost and Works Accountant, MBAs and other supportive staff in each assignment.

The firm believes in extensive training of its staff member before induction in the team. Trainings are imparted at regular intervals both internally & externally to upgrade the professional skills so as to meet client expectations.
